This Xiaomeng production features an intense, multi-layered restraint scenario designed for maximum sensory deprivation and struggle. The model's mouth is first sealed with a gag and completely covered in tape, followed by a full-coverage latex hood that leaves only the nose exposed. A microporous head cover is then applied, culminating in a gas mask breathing bag and plastic wrap, creating an incredibly tight and disorienting experience.

From the outset, the model's head is under extreme pressure, leading to visible discomfort and eventual tears as she realizes escape is impossible.
