The intensity escalates as an additional microporous mask is layered over her head. This double-masking, combining the inner hood's nostril vents with the outer mask's fine pores, severely impedes her airflow, making each breath a struggle.

As minutes tick by, Xiao Yu's discomfort grows palpable. Her desire to remove the confining headwear, or at least the outer layer, becomes urgent. However, the latex gloves she wears render any attempt to free herself impossible.
