Raymond Trains a Chinese Sub in Intense Frogtie Drills
This session introduces the subject to a unique training regimen, beginning with the application of an inductive device. This collar is designed to provide tactile feedback, vibrating and suctioning in response to nearby phone movement, which is then secured to the subject.
The initial phase of training focuses on mastering a human stand, utilizing a chair for support. This exercise is repeated fifteen times to build foundational stability. Following this, the subject is introduced to a rolling maneuver. This particular skill proves challenging at first, with the subject frequently stopping halfway and struggling to complete the rotation. Through persistent practice, the movement becomes smoother and more fluid.
After successfully mastering the individual components, the training progresses to combining these skills. The subject is instructed to roll across a yoga mat at one end of the room, then transition into a crawl to reach a chair positioned at the opposite end.
